Services can be paid by website, Cashapp, PayPal and zelle. Payments are to be made in full upfront. This policy applies to all clients

You have 24-48 hours to send over all information for your graphics after 48 hours with no response I will send a follow up message.

1 WEEK NO RESPONSE- I will be forced to forfeit your slot and you will not be able to book again.

To prevent cancellation please have all graphic information prepared and ready before booking

Yes, It is recommended that you please provide Boss B Studio with professional ,clear High quality photos. If you do have Iphone photos PLEASE make sure the pictures are good quality and clear (no blurry photos,no selfies)

If you have a service that you are wanting rushed which means you need this graphic before the turnaround time displayed. Please make sure to add the rush fee to the cart as well.

Boss B Studio does not provide refunds under any circumstance.If a dispute is processed, you project will be deleted, and you will be banned from booking services in the future.

Each clients gets 2 revisions per design/graphics. Revisions should invlove quick and straight forward changes such as color change ,font change, picture change, or placement changes. Anything past 2 revisions will result in a $25 each new revision.

All revisions takes an additional 1-2 business days

I retain all rights to post the work. If you prefer not to have it posted , Please notify me during the client questionnaire.
